A mechanicalwatch is a watch that uses a mechanical mechanism to measure the passage of time, as opposed to modern quartz watches which function electronically. Mechanicalwatches are not as accurate as modern quartz watches and are generally more expensive.

A digital watch displays the time using “digits” or numerically and so a mechanical digital watch uses a mechanical movement to power the digital display as opposed to whats commonly termed a digital watch which usually refers to the electronically powered type.

Man has searched a lot to construct something, which doesn’t require energy to execute like a good automatic watch or fine skeleton watch for me. I love Michael Kors ceramic watch and I love the Chanel ceramic watch too. Even it’s from a simple watch or a large rocket.

I found this article as I was reading Felix Baumgartners’s famous leap from 120,000+ feet. Its very entertaining in an offbeat kind of way and frankly, some of the time I wasn’t sure I understood the author. But nonetheless, it was entertaining even if not strictly about mechanical watches.
I’ve never heard of Thierry Nataf or the Zenith brand of watches but based on the author he sounds like a pretty controversial character in the world of Men’s Watches.
